Respecting its history, we cultivate the charismatic herb that blooms only in the soil of the Mediterranean. The ancient Greeks used it as a medicine, as it is endowed with healing abilities while in cooking it gives its bittersweet taste and rich aroma.

DIRECTIONS
Boil water at 90 degrees Celsius. Put 2 teaspoons of the herb in a cup and then fill it with the hot water. Leave the cup covered for 3-5 minutes and then strain and enjoy!
